Sarah Dickinson lives and works in Broadstairs, Kent and has built up a portfolio of artwork since the completion of her A levels (in amongst travelling.) After the sale of her first painting to the Head teacher of her school; Dane Court, she has sought to establish herself in the local area by getting work into galleries an exhibiting her work. In recent months she was elected to become a member of the East Kent Art Society.

Inspired by Rembrandt, Freud and creation, she’s developed her own style in oils and has shown that she isn’t afraid to use rich colour. Sarah paints a lot of seascapes of the Thanet coastline from her own photography but favours portraits. Her commissioned work has been mainly obtained through word of mouth and client satisfaction. When she's not painting, she teaches art and music privately.
